These are the different communication channels to submit a public information request to the Public Defense Office:

1) Email: You can send your request to the inbox coordinacion@mpd.gov.ar

2) Post: You can send your request by post mail to the Ticket Desk at Av. Callao 970 CABA (1023) or in person from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.

If you are un any province or Argentina and wish to place your order in person, you should go to the Ticket Desk corresponding to the jurisdiction.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: Requests made through any of these three (3) communication channels do not require any formality, except for the identity of the applicant, the clear identification of the information requested and the contact information, for the purposes to send the requested information or announce that it is available
